Condition: Bi Syndrome •  Fixed Bi
Treatment: Disperse wind and cold, resolve damp, clear heat, remove obstructions, regulate circulation of Qi and blood and check Bi Syndrome.
Description: Bi Syndrome - Fixed Bi (Zhuo Bi), Soreness, pain and heaviness of the limbs or of the entire body aggravated by cloudy, windy, cold or rainy weather, numbness, slight swelling of muscle and skin, white, sticky tongue coating, soft pulse.
Comment: Regulate Spleen and clear dampness.

Point Selection:
BL20 • Pi Shu • On the middle back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the eleventh thoracic vertebra (T11).
Spleen Shu. Back Shu of the Spleen that connects with Front Mu LR13.
Explanation: Back Shu of the Spleen.

SP9 • Yin Ling Quan • On the medial leg, on the inferior border of the medial condyle of the tibia, in the depression between the posterior border of the tibia and gastrocnemius muscle.
Yin Mound Spring. He Sea Point on the Spleen Channel. Water Point on Earth Meridian.
Explanation: Damp, water clearing point.

ST36 • Zu San Li • On the leg, one finger breadth lateral to the tibia's anterior crest, 3 cun inferior to ST 35 in the depression to the lateral side of the patella.
Leg Three Li. He Sea Point on the Stomach Channel. Special Command Point for the Abdomen. Earth Point on the Earth Meridian.
Explanation: Tonify Spleen.
